CASCADE PARTY FUSES POLITICAL ASSOCIATION with SOCIAL NETWORKING

It is typical for people to skim, or not read an app's user agreement. Our's is relatively short and is reproduced below — we urge you to read it.

There is a key paragraph which is emphasized below. This part of the agreement is where you declare your membership to Cascade Party. It's kind of an oath. We need your declaration of fidelity if you are going to join our party.

User Agreement

The Hub is a private social media for members of the Cascade Party of Washington to meet, talk, plan, organize, get updates, and overall do all the things that are done in a political party! This is exclusive and non-public, meaning that only people who have signed up as members of the party may participate. (Guest users have limited access.) Please read the following User Agreement before clicking the link.

Cascade Party of Washington reserves the rights of association protected under the Constitution of the United States. The purpose of this social media is for individuals with shared needs and values to amplify their voice in Washington State elections.

Users of this social media (HumHub) declare they are members of the association “Cascade Party of Washington”. Users agree to follow the rules and bylaws of Cascade Party of Washington. Users cannot be a member of another political party. Other than guests, users must be a registered voter in the State of Washington.

Our social media is formal, creating a space for positive conversation and discussion. Users are expected to express common courtesy and decorum. The following are not allowed on our website and engaging in such may result in suspension or expulsion:

• 1. Anonymous or impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. Users must provide a recent headshot photograph, legal name and county of residence with their ID with their user profile. No other statements are allowed with your ID. (Example: [Your Image] Jane Doe (Grant County);
• 2. Transmitting any information that is unlawful, and in particular, that is harmful to minors, physically threatening, invasive of another’s privacy, defamatory, obscene, or that contains hate speech;
• 3. Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
• 4. Interfering with or infringing the patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos, confidential information or intellectual property rights of others;
• 5. Stalking or otherwise harassing any other person.
• 6. Using the Site to engage in or assist another individual or entity to engage in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity.
• 7. Making mischief or sabotaging. Acting as an agent of another group to glean information from our proceedings (spying).

PRIVACY POLICY

This site does not track your browsing or sell your information. This site is hosted and managed by the Cascade Party of Washington.
